Hi! My name is Soraya and I am 24 years old

I live together with my husband and mine two wonderfull daugthers. My father lives in a house under mine. My week is a busy week. I take course of hairdresser every wednesday. I lead my daughter to the school every day and necessary lead-her three times in the week in the doctor (hearing treatment). I work in the weekends as hairdresser in my own house. It helps me to get an extra money and helps with the transport expenses and to buy some things that's necessary to my daugthers.

The Project represents very much to me. Because I know that is very important for the kids. I like very much work like a teacher, even knowing that I don't know everything in english. When I am with the kids in the classroom and I see that they are earning when I'm teaching, it's much greatfull and I want see they learning each day more. That work is very pleasurable for me. If I had another job, probaly had to work full time and have less time to my family... so the NOC helps me too.

I like of the place where I live (shanty town). From my house I can see the field of soccer, the street and also the Christ statue in Rio (far, far away=). I live here since when I was a child. I am usual with this place. I know everyone and everybody knows me.

In my free time I am working as a hairdresser because I need money for help my husband with the expenses of home, with the childrens, for the transport and for mine expenses. Sometimes when my husband is free from work, we go with the children to the park, to the street for ride a bicycle or for play in the field. Well, in the moment my "free time" is busy. I wish I had more time to myself.

My economic situation is not very good in the moment. I am must some things and I am having many expenses with the course. My daughter has her treatment with a private doctor and also is necessary pay. But I am working hard to pay everything. I am lucky, I get some help from my sister who lives in Oslo.
